This timeline is intended to show the seminal thinkers in the area of Psychology and Philosophy. I find it useful to consider and account for the people that psychological thinking/theories either directly or indirectly. I have not distinguished between, for example, analytical psychology or contemporary experimental psychologists, developmental psychology, or a type of philosophy etc. This is by no means an exhaustive list but is hopefully helpful to track the different theories, models etc over time and place them within the context of the contemporary thinkers of that time as well as the antecedents.
